- Challenge 1: (5) level 3 sprints for 1 minute, 1 minute recovery.
- Challenge 2: (5) level 4 sprints for 30 seconds, 40 seconds recovery.
- Challenge 3 (progressive): level 2 hill for 1 minute, level 3 hill for 2 minutes, level 4 hill for 1 minute.
- Challenge 4: level 3 hill for 2 minutes, level 3 sprint for 1 minute, 2 minutes recovery. Repeat 2 more times.
