Cardio Coach Volume 1 (revised) (2006) - full narration for 1st time use

Choose this workout if you have never done a Cardio Coach workout before and would like some additional verbal coaching from Sean.


This is the same workout as the 'regular' Volume 1 (revised) with more verbal guidance and coaching for first time users, and includes a coupon to get the 'regular' Volume 1 (revised) workout for $2.00.


In this workout there are two challenges with an optional third challenge:


  • Challenge 1: (6) level 3 hills for 20 seconds, 40 seconds recovery.


  • Challenge 2: (3) level 3 sprints for 1 minute, 1 minute recovery.


  • Challenge 3 (optional): (1) 3 minute level 3 trek (fast climb) + 20 second level 4 hill.
