What do you do when the first version of a product is loved by so many? Well, you revise it (in 2006) to make it even better!
In this workout there are two challenges with an optional third challenge:
- Challenge 1: (6) level 3 hills for 20 seconds, 40 seconds recovery.
- Challenge 2: (3) level 3 sprints for 1 minute, 1 minute recovery.
- Challenge 3 (optional): (1) 3 minute level 3 trek (fast climb) + 20 second level 4 hill.
